About me

A former Division I student-athlete who played baseball at the University of Portland, where I earned my degree in Marketing. My time as a collegiate athlete taught me the value of discipline, perseverance, and effective communication, skills I now bring into the real world.

Through my experience on and off the field, I developed a deep passion for storytelling, athlete development, and helping others navigate the challenges that come with high-level competition. This passion led me to launch The Athlete’s Mindset podcast, a platform where I highlight the mental side of sports and give athletes a voice to share their journeys.

Beyond my work in media and marketing, I am a strong advocate for athlete mental health. I believe that mental resilience is just as important as physical performance, and I strive to create spaces where athletes feel seen, heard, and supported.

Currently, I contribute to multiple platforms including 93.7 The Ticket in Lincoln, Nebraska, and the Better Business Bureau, where I host interviews and create content designed to inform, uplift, and inspire.
